- Benchmark industry best practices (People Practices, Technology as well as Compensation & Benefits) suitable to respective line of business and transform / institutionalize the same into a contemporary HR Policy framework.
- Drive Value Proposition amongst employees in the subsidiary.
- Drive various Talent Management initiatives across all lines of businesses
- Institutionalize Leadership & Managerial Development Programs and ensure succession planning for critical roles.
- Develop & implement an L&D framework with clear focus on Technical, Functional & Techno-functional needs.
- Deploy strategies on Attracting & Retaining Talent.
- Create & institutionalize a vibrant Employee Engagement framework.
- Ensure compliance to various statutory requirements.
