US Head Quartered Global Consulting firm in international tax services with a major presence in India is looking for Head -HR - India, location in Hyderabad.

Oversee HR Business Partners, Ops and L&D functions. HR Director will dual report to Head of HR (US) and EVP- Innovation, Talent and Marketing (India).

They will be responsible for all HR activities outside of Talent Acquisition. This is an opportunity to build and grow a world-class Talent organization in a rapidly growing professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HRBP, HR Ops and L&D teams.

- Build key HR processes and tools as needed to support 1,000+ professionals.

- Invest and grow Talent professionals in these functions.

- Partner with service lines to anticipate and solve key talent-related issues

- Advise service line leaders on talent-related issues as needed

Key Requirements:

- Inspirational leader.

- Proven track record in rapidly growing and developing a team of Talent professionals

- Hands on- experience in building key HR functions from scratch

- Business-first mentality; experience in using analytics and technology

- Experience in high growth environments required

- 12-15+ years HR and business experience, including experience in Big 4/Consulting/High Tech

- Experience in working with US HR functions

- Present strength 600 which will increase to 1000 by year-end.
