- Compensation and Benefits: Designing and administering compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees. Conducting market research to ensure the organization's compensation packages are competitive and cost-effective.

- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and designing training programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities. Implementing performance management systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.

Education & Experience Required:

- Min 15 years of experience, either in HRBP / Employee Life Cycle Mgt. / TM
