Job Location: Delhi/ NCR
- Responsible for Manpower planning - Attracting talent for the current and future requirements of the hospital, ensuring capability and building redundancies.
- Streamlining recruitment, payroll, HRMIS, HR policies
- Conduct Appraisal and co-ordinate the Appraisal process for the company including Review Sessions, arrive at the Compensation related decisions, evolve and administer Performance Linked Pay, evolve and administer
- Complete responsibility for entire recruitment cycle and performance management
- IR, statutory compliance and employee grievance handling.
- Plan, Implement and control various projects/schemes to enhance hospital image/competency and profitability
- Motivational training, talent identification, recognize and placement of hospital staff.
- Psychological counselling of hospital employees to sustain the pressure of patient/attenders.
- To procure/renew various NOCs (e.g. Environment, fire, medical practice license, blood bank, bio medical waste, various state regulatory authorities)
- Total Quality Management in Hospital care.
- Realization of CGHS, Medical insurance bills.
- Organize and Manage Hospital events like doctors day, AIDS day, Mothers days, Blood donation day and other government sponsored schemes (free medical check-up camps, preventive social medical camps etc).
