Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the zone's business goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
- Employee Relations: Promote positive employee relations by addressing concerns resolving disputes, and fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, design programs to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and career development.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and support the development of skills and competencies within the workforce.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain records and conduct audits as necessary.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and compensation benchmarking.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to make informed HR decisions, measure key HR metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and support the organization in adapting to evolving business needs and market dynamics.
- Budget Management: Manage the HR budget for the East Zone efficiently, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other functional heads and teams to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MBA-HR Mandatory
- A minimum of 12 years of HR leadership experience, with a successful track record in a similar role within the Heavy Engineering or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
