They are looking for a seasoned HR Professional with strong strategic bent of mind, who can work in partnership with business to effectively deliver their people plans.

Description :

- You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Human Resources Agenda for India from hiring to partnering to talent to compensation and benefits, learning and operation.

- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth

Profile :

- 12-15 years of experience in HR Generalist roles including Talent acquisition, HRBP, Talent Management and HR Strategy

- Prior experience with Pharma/Diagnostics/Health care industries is a must

- Experience scaling organisations is good to have

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
