- Leading the Entire gamut of HR Operations
- Drafted Policy Framework as per Healthcare Industry, Employee Relations, Talent
- Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, Grievance Handling,
- Audits, Strong Employee Engagement & Statutory Compliance
- Setting up a STRONG Culture of Employee Engagement & Ownership
- Rewards & Recognition Programs
- Conducting Town Halls & Engagement Programs like Nurses Connect, Jr. Doctor's meet, Coffee with the CEO, Monthly Activities & Festival Celebrations
- Organization Health Index Survey/ Employee Satisfaction Survey
- Grievance Redressal
- CSR Activities/Initiatives
- Disciplinary Action Mechanism
- Monitoring the Compensation & Benefits as per Statutes of the State
- Ensuring Correct & timely Pay roll inputs, Full and final settlement of Employees with no
- Revenue leakage
- Timely Statutory fillings like PF, PT, MLWF & others under various Acts
- Effectively Handling the Internal as well as External Audits with NC closure if any
- Formation and monitoring of various Committees under various acts like ICC (Internal
- Complaints Committee), Grievance Handling Committee, Credentialling & Privileging Committee as per NABH etc.
