Job Description :
- Bachelor's Degree required in HR or related field/ MBA Preferred
- 10+ years human resources leadership
- Drive innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Experience supporting large and distributed employee work groups
- Experience in IT Healthcare, Pharma, Call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience leading and developing HR and Operations professionals
- Experience in Labor Relations and compensation management
- Ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
- Coaching and mentoring at management level
- Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
- Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
- Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization
