The Head of HR will oversee all aspects of human resources and drive initiatives aligned with business goals to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with aiqahealth's overall business objectives.

- Drive organizational change and development to support growth and innovation.

- Talent Management:

- Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.

- Implement effective performance management systems to promote employee growth and accountability.

- Employee Engagement:

- Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

- Develop programs and initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

HR Operations:

- Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.

- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Leadership and Development:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and drive business success.

- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote transparency and trust.

Qualifications:

- MBA- Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institute

- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within healthcare, insurance, finance sectors.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
