- Relevant sector (Pharma) Plant Handling and Hiring is a must.

- The role includes - 65% role (Indian and Overseas recruitment), 25% Plant Management, 10% Business & Strategic Human Resource

- Age should be 45 years as on date of joining, or less.

Desired Skills / Competencies :

1. Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in a pharma manufacturing set-up.

2. Strategize business & talent plans for the organization.

3. Drive manpower planning, budgeting and executions.

4. Drive compensation, benchmarking, upskilling and talent management strategies.

5. Drive Plant and IT operations & design Engagement and Retention strategies for Plant (based at South) and Corporate staff (Thane).

6. Business HR specialist for the business in India.

Role Requisites :

1. Candidates from Pharma background with exposure Indian & Overseas hiring and Plant handling, is a must.

2. A minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in a pharma organization. Team handling of 4 or more members is a must.

3. Candidate should be thorough with Pharma based hiring - not less than 6 years of Pharma based hiring, in an organization with turnover of INR 500 crores or more.

4. Mandatory Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

5. Fluency and hold on Spoken and Written English is a must. Please note, communication in English has to be 9 out of 10 or higher.
