Head of Human Resources


This role will have a direct hand in the execution of talent processes including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, and talent development. The success of this role will be measured through employee retention, goal achievement, and feedback.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead performance review processes and apply insights from this process to annual learning plan.

- Collaborate with management and functional leaders to build career paths and levels throughout the organization.

- Establish, develop, and manage training and development programs based on identified needs.

- Coach and mentor employees and people leaders.

- Track and analyze the impact of professional development programs and skill development initiatives.

- Manage vendor relationships including payroll, recruiting, and reward programs.

- Collaborate with team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to exceed business goals.

- Ensure our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is thoughtfully embedded throughout our hiring and development process, and the employee experience.

- Collaborate to define and champion value and culture of working at organization.

- Manage employee relations including partnership with the POSH Committee.

- Provide day-to-day HR support as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree from an accredited college or university required.

- 6+ years of HR Generalist experience with focus on Talent Management or Performance

- Ability to understand and create structure around ambiguous assignments.

- Exceptional project management including prioritizing, planning, and execution as well as managing resources so that timelines and objectives are met efficiently.

- Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to and leading training with various employee groups, up to 200 attendees

- Demonstrated track record of building strong relationships and the ability to influence.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, nimble, professional environment

- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

- HR Certification strongly preferred:

- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)

- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
