Hiring for Head - HR Global Shared Services based out of Chennai.
Responsible for: -
1. Development and execution on long term People Strategy for Shared Services
2. Strong track record in key areas of Recruitment (all levels), Compensation structuring & management, Employee Engagement, Talent Development and Retention Programs. (will need performance statistics to validate e.g. Retention trends)
3. Additionally, has experience with developing and reporting on HR Effectiveness to management
4. Ability to influence and develop a joint roadmap with complete buy from different stakeholders despite conflicting priorities
5. In depth understanding of SSC operations in terms of Hiring, Compensation, L&D and other employee engagement and communication processes.
6. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
7. Decisive manager with proven success in expanding the SSC
8. Strong leadership with interpersonal skills and ability to influence business heads for driving cohesiveness
9. Be a self-motivated person who can generate zeal and enthusiasm in the work climate.
10. Ability to build relationships and form alliances with external counterparts, communities of practice and stakeholders to scan for emerging trends, innovations and current best practice.
11. To multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving, dynamic environment.
