Position Summary:
The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions, including compliance, payroll, strategic HR, performance management, and cultural development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that enhance organizational success and foster a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on HR matters.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement effective performance management systems.
- Align performance management processes with business objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture through continuous feedback and development.
Cultural Development:
- Create and promote a blueprint for strong cultural values.
- Implement initiatives to build and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
Compliance and Payroll:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for smooth integration of new employees.
- Implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and foster positive employee relations.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for fair and consistent employee management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the foods and confectionaries industry or a related sector is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
