Requirements:

- Ability to transform and implement HR policies & procedures for the organization.

- Expertise in driving performance management, employee engagement, & retention programs for front-line sales employees.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Drive strategic HR alignment & talent development for business advantage.

- Champion a positive, inclusive culture through DE&I initiatives.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 15 years of experience working in the Retail/FMCG sector.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
