- Provide strategic partnership on organization design
- Work collaboratively across locations to leverage tools, resources and processes
- Implement global performance management and talent management processes
- Build employee engagement programs and measure success
- Coach and advise leaders on effective employment and career conversations
- Develop and implement a talent strategy that is aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the Human Resources team and lead key talent development and retention planning and succession planning processes
- Manage the employee value proposition through all facets of the employee lifecycle
- Drive talent practices that motivate and engage the workforce and aligns with global philosophy and business goals
- Supports and guides the Leadership Teams on people and organizational issues: collectively, directly and through matrix management throughout the organization
- Continue to review and refine roles and responsibilities of functions and cross-functions to ensure the optimal organizational structure to support business growth and collaboration as appropriate
- Champions and personally demonstrates organizations culture, values and ethics
KEY EXPERIENCES -
- 18+ years HR leadership experience required
- MBA from B school preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience and comfort working in a matrix-ed organization
- Strong leadership and management
- Ability to influence across multiple functions/areas
- Professional skills and abilities as hands-on practitioner as well as strategic thinker
- Demonstrated results orientation
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives -
- Proven ability to assess talent (internal and external)
- Highly skilled problem solver and negotiator, excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven strategic mindset balanced with strong operational and implementation expertise
