Head - Human Resources - MENA - FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional leadership, development to HR staff, to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
- Strategizing and executing leadership development initiatives via development centers & talent review & promoting mobility.
- Driving Performance Management by creating performance groups.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers, developing strong relationships, and ensuring that the best candidates are identified to meet their needs.
- Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention.
- Drive best practice and act as counsel to management on all issues of employee performance.
- Working with management to establish hiring goals and objectives, as well as identify potential candidates.
- Designed a manning strategy based on Job role, level, location & have successfully implemented in high attrition MENA regions.
- We would need a profile who has handled Mid and senior level Talent Acquisition preferred in MENA regions, strong HRBP experience in MENA /GCC countries, Good analytical mind and reasonable understanding of cultures across countries.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- MBA/PGDM from Premier B-schools Experience of 15-18 years of overseeing HR and Administration functions, preferably in a senior management capacity FMCG industry experience is a must with minimum of 5 years.
