They are looking for a Head of Human Resources (specifically with significant experience in the FMCG industry) who brings the same kind of passion and work ethics to the table.

The work profile entails:

1. Leading the Human Resources Function

2. Managing a team of young professionals across talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, HR operations, learning & development, employee relations, payroll etc

3. Provide strategic direction and lead the implementation of contemporary HR practices

4. Update and manage HR policy framework

5. Work with the senior management in driving Industry best practices
