Head of HR
Objective:
Looking for a seasoned HR professional who can take charge of the entire HR function. The individual should be able to own and drive all aspects of HR and preferably be a strong HR Generalist with experience across all facets of the HR vertical
Prior qualifications:
- MBA -Top HR B-Schools
- 8+ years-experience in HR function
- Of which at least ~2-3 years in a leadership role in the HR function
- Experience with talent acquisition, talent management, manpower planning, HRMS L&D, labour compliances, organization development, policy frameworks and development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying manpower gaps across the organization and working proactively towards closing positions in a timely manner
- Developing and implementing a strong review and performance appraisal mechanism
- Working towards building a healthy organizational culture that inculcates the habit of trust, integrity, confidentiality, positivity and a high on energy environment
- Developing a mechanism to assess candidates based on tools like competency-based interviews
- Identifying and implementing a strong HRMS tool
- Play a key role in implementing a centralized Recruitment process for pan India operations
- Design and manage effective and smooth on boarding process
- Compensation and Benefits - Working on Industry benchmarking and designing and developing a good compensation and benefits structure and policy
- Learning and Development - Conducting periodic workshops, developing content for training interventions and engaging in other activities which help in overall organizational development
- Drive yearly performance management and Increment cycle
- Developing strong technology led initiatives which help automate HR processes and increase efficiencies
KRAs Ongoing:
- Talent Acquisition and Management, PMS system management, HR dashboarding, L&D tools development
- Manpower Budgeting, Manpower Planning, monitoring budgets vs actuals
- Complete compliance management of labour laws - PF, ESIC, PT, Shop and Establishments, etc.
One time:
- HRMS designing and implementation
- Designing and implementing other technology related initiatives
