EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- MBA - Human Resources
- 15+ years' experience
- Retail background required, with at least 50% of total experience in the QSR industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
- Work closely with President-Retail on the org-structure, department level job descriptions, job banding, consolidation etc.
- Acquiring the right talent at key positions
- Contribute to the P&L through effectively managing the HR driven components of the bottomline;
- Strong focus on optimizing cost of labour
- Culture building, Employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition
- Inclusion & Diversity focus
- Talent Management, hi-po identification, succession planning and capability building
- Strong and robust Performance Management process and Goal Setting
- Retention Strategies at Store and Corporate level
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of existing processes & policies
- Work closely with training team on manager pipeline building, supporting the company's expansion plans
SKILL SETS REQUIRED (FUNCTIONAL/ BEHAVIOURAL):
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Retail and QSR
- Mature thinking and excellent people skills
- Ability to liaise with other departments and drive high performance, Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate high problem-solving, time management and critical thinking skills.
- Takes initiative, is passionate & displays a High-Energy Attitude.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethics, self-sufficient & highly organized.
- Great team player & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
