We are hiring for a client for the role of HEAD - HR. Client is a Indian conglomerate and this positions is based out of Mumbai.
Location: Mumbai, India
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Systems & Policies: Develop and implement HR systems and policies that align with organizational goals and comply with legal regulations.
- Organization Development & Change Management: Lead initiatives that promote organizational effectiveness, culture change, and employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and employee development.
- Talent Management & Learning Development: Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Plant HR & Employee Relations: Collaborate with plant management to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
- 18+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and develop effective HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
