Head - Human Resources (female)

Diversity & Inclusion:

- HR Strategy and Biz. Partnering: HR subject matter expertise & develop best-in- class HR practices to support business needs, improve employee experiences and drive alignment with business objectives.

- Handling the manufacturing plants HR experience

- Drive Organizational Changes through effective partnering with Business Leaders to achieve short-term and Long-Term business objectives.

- Design and review people policies and programs based on Organization need and drive them effectively.

TA and Talent Management:

- Implement robust Talent Management Strategies in line with the companies guidelines to develop Leadership Capabilities, Succession Pipeline to meet the growth requirement of the organization.

- Coordinate 'Potential Assessments' like Psychometric / Simulated Assessment, Assessment Centers, 360 degree etc.

- Drive recruitment and selection process effectively to ensure availability of right talent at leadership level and across corporate functions.

- Support Head HR for conducting benchmark studies (internal / external) w.r.t people matters to improve people processes and practices and continuously stay ahead of the curve.

- Design and execute Leadership Development Programs for Senior Leadership Team. Responsible for implementing Learning Management System (LMS)

Organization Design and manpower Planning:

- Be an expert in designing and creating a robust, futuristic and competitive Organization Structure which enables higher levels of efficiency and productivity.

- Define accountability, communication and roles & responsibility across hierarchy and levels.

- Effective manpower planning based on Organization need and strategic business plans.

Organization Development:

- Drive Big HR projects such as Workforce Planning, Variable Pay design etc.

- Facilitate robust performance management process and system across organization and strengthen developing a high-performance culture.
