Head - Human Resources - FMCG

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head HR for a fast-growing D2C consumer tech brand. The role will be based out of Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

- Collaborate on strategies to enhance employee retention.

- Design and implement targeted L&D programs.

- Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience working in the FMCG industry in the D2C space with an MBA degree.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication & presentation skills.
