We are looking one candidates for "Head-HR" role with one of FMCG clients corporated at Pune.

Job Location: Pune

Reporting to: CEO

Education: MBA

Required Skill Set:

Looking some with sound exposure into HR& IR ,Handling entire gamut of HR&IR activities related to Corporate HR, Plant HR, Sales HR, Union Management, Wage settlement etc.

1. Development and Review of Annual HR Strategy, Operating Plan and Policies

2. Perform annual assessment of current HR Strategy and Processes against objectives set in the previous financial year.

3. Participate in Annual Operating Plan development exercise. Develop/ review HR Strategic Plan and Objectives drawing from Annual Operating Plan and discussions with Location HR.

4. Obtain approvals on new HR policies, initiatives and programs to be rolled out from Senior Management.

5. Plan the HR & Admin function, including Structure, Roles, Manning, Cost/Performance, Budgets for the HR Department

6. Strategizes and Designs Performance Management and Rewards & Recognition Programs

7. Designs Compensation and Benefits strategy

8. Employee Retention and Attrition Management

9. OD & Change Management

10. Employee engagement and people Management

11. Industrial Relations Management and Corporate Social Responsibility
