- Focus on HR analytics and strategy framework aligned to the businesses.
- Design, map and control interventions.
- Good Team Handling exposure.
- Owning all gamuts of HR activities -Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, PMS, Learning & Development; and Interventions, OD etc.
