- Develop efficient process to improve the quality of candidates
- Design and implement employee recruitment program with intent on hiring the best candidates functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
- Design company policies and procedures
- Employee framework, Design & Hierarchy for various business units & functions
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Assist with development and changes in company healthcare and insurance benefit programs.
