Our client is a Bikaner based FMCG company.
Looking to connect with HR professionals with the below key parameters:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives & strategies aligned with the holistic business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process for employees.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, tactics, systems, and procedures.
- Enhancing employee relations by addressing issues, demands & grievances.
- Nurture a positive work environment and drive culture in the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system, rewards that drives high performance.
- Assess development & training needs.
- Proven working experience as HR Generalist with at least 12 years of experience.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases including payroll systems.
- Ability to plan & architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent negotiation, active listening & negotiation with good skills.
- Should be able to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and HR/Labor related compliances
