Head HR
- Looking for a Male candidate with 10+ years of experience in HR roles preferably HRBP, Talent Management or Generalist HR. Candidate must e from Premier B Institute and reputed MNCs. Candidate must have working exposure of a Consulting organisation and Corporate both.
HR Business Partnering :
- Directing & spearheading a gamut of HR functions entailing organization development, organizational effectiveness, learning & development, leadership development, change management, talent management, performance management and employee engagement for the Business Group
- Defining & institutionalizing career progression framework to retain and develop talent in-line with the business strategy Institutionalizing large scale business programs to build people capability for continuous improvement and achieving business results
- Partnering with business/functional heads/CEO's to facilitate and guide the strategic planning process identified and capitalized on opportunities of positive change, organization development and improved collective department alignment Building organizational effectiveness within the business, also effectively resolving business challenges by partnering with staff and management on HR concerns.
- Spearheading the design & development of competitive PMS Philosophy, Framework and new edge on-line PMS; strategizing and implementing end-to-end performance management for employees across the business unit
