Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the co-founders, driving HR strategy and execution, scaling the company from ~100 to 3X employee base, playing a pivotal part in their rapid growth journey.

- Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Direct talent acquisition and establish succession planning for leaders.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage competitive compensation.

- Develop performance management frameworks to cultivate high achievers.

- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace that promotes employee growth.

- Oversee compliance and proactively manage HR-related risks.

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (XLRI, TISS etc), with 10+ years of progressive HR experience is a must

- Proven track record in a startup environment, managing diverse HR functions.

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive change.
