Head - Human Resources - FinTech

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head HR for a fast-growing Fintech organization based in Mumbai. This role will report to the founders.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies for the organization.

- Proven expertise in driving employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience working in the Tech Lending platforms / NBFCs
