Responsibilities :
- Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Craft and implement HR strategies that align with the organization goals and objectives, driving organizational growth and success.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead the HR team in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Talent Management: Identify talent gaps and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Policy and Procedure Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives.
- Cultural Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to nurture a positive organizational culture that reflects mission and values.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote employee well-being.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and promoting a fair and ethical work environment.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications: SHRM certification is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 10 years of success in HR leadership roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Industry Experience: Experience working in the fintech industry is preferred.
