Reporting into the CEO :
- Setting up the HR framework in India along with designing the policies, procedures
- Work closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver the HR vision & strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met
- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent, and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place
- Develop and lead the HR function ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives and programs within the set HR budgets
- Manage entire HR Operations along with payroll and statutory compliances
Successful Candidate :
- 8-10 years of experience as HR generalist in start up environment
- Strong exposure to HR operations, payroll and statutory compliance
- Experience and interest to work in a start up environment and set up HR from scratch
