Our client is a fast growing tech-based financial services start-up based in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to build up the HR function for the organization
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, L&D, performance management, rewards, talent management
- Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies, and procedures
- Partner with business on workforce planning and identification of required capabilities and skills
- Work closely and align with the business to develop and drive various talent and engagement programs to attract and retain the right talent
- Support implementation and delivery on time of HR projects/processes
- Streamline and manage the PMS such that managers are coached upon effective feedback mechanism, timeline adherence and handling grievances
- Identify any talent gaps on an ongoing basis and accordingly address the same
- Conduct training need analysis and work closely with the business and vendors to develop and implement programs
- Build on the existing rewards/ C&B policies and conduct salary benchmarking as per the requirements
- Serve as an escalation point for any grievances and provide guidance and intervention, as needed to resolve them
- Promote an environment that encourages employee growth
Skills & Experience:
- 7-9 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge and mandatory experience in PMS and L&D
- Hands-on and ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Should have the maturity and ability to handle key stakeholders
- Ability to work well independently in fast paced and dynamic set-up
