We are hiring for a leading Finance solution firm for a HR Head.This company is a last-mile distribution company for banks, multinationals and retail giants which provides curated solutions, both financial and non-financial, including Microfinance loans, Home Loans, Insurance, Optical solutions, Electric Vehicles among others.
Key Responsibilities: Handing entire South region:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive team to develop and execute plans that optimize talent management and organizational performance.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Implement leadership development programs to build internal management capabilities.
HR Operations:
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and inform decision-making.
- Oversee HRIS and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Training and Development
- Training Programs: Design and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Leadership Development: Develop leadership programs to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.
