Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead our human resources function and play a pivotal role in building a world-class EMS organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably within the EMS industry, and a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partner: Identify, hire, and collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and lead a high-performing HR team responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, address employee concerns, and manage employee relations effectively.
- Performance Management: Implement robust performance management systems to drive employee development and engagement.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Organizational Development: Drive organizational change and development initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- HR Technology: Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the EMS industry, preferably in camera manufacturing.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
