Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality and consistent HR support.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR policies.
2. Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Ensure robust succession planning is in place for key roles within the organization.
3. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring effective resolution and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
4. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Ensure timely and constructive feedback and development plans for employees.
- Develop training and development programs to address identified needs.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure compensation structures are competitive.
- Manage the company's benefits programs and ensure they are aligned with employee needs and company objectives.
6. Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
7. Organizational Development:
- Drive organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication and implementation.
- Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
8. HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.
- Use data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
