Job description:
We are currently scouting for Head HR .
This is a typical Top position in HR function and the overall Roles & Responsibilities will include :
Human Resource Management (HRM):
- Provide strategic direction for managing and enhancing organization goals.
- Drive the Value & Vision of the company as a Value Champion.
- Possess extensive experience in heading both Strategic & Operation HR & ER.
- Full HRMS implementation at the Organization.
- Organization Structure Redesigning, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Business Plan, Compensation Survey, Designing Levels & Structures and Competency framework.
- Attrition Analysis.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Recommended strategic solutions to meet company workforce demands based on requirement.
- Planed and managed company recruitment & selection processes, policies and practices.
- Managed the development of selection tools including psychometric tests
- Conducted job interviews for senior middle and executive level candidates and reviews all recruitment and selection materials.
- Ensured salary negotiations & rolling out the final offer.
Performance Management System:
- Managed, designed, developed and implemented performance management system based on Balance Score Card to measure individual performance and facilitate the identification of training and development needs of employee. ( Leadership Competencies)
- Redefined and realignment of the KRAs at all level with the current projections.
- Assist the HOD in developed Performance Management System with key focus on Top-down deployment of Key Result Areas.
- Follow up activities and close monitoring of KRA's versus achievement at Works, Analysis of performance data (Completion of Full 360 degree Appraisal)
- Carrying PMS awareness sessions in order to make the employees aware of the process and ways the Performance Management System would be carried out.
Training & Development:
- Planned, managed and budgeted the development of a training policy to identify training needs and direct the design and delivery of training program.
- Provided HR competencies and supported to the development and delivery of training program
- Defined all HR program, Provides necessary education and materials to management & employees
- Oversaw implementation of program through HR staff, monitors administration standards.
Employee Relations:
- Planed and supervised the development and implementation of employee relations related policies (e.g. staff surveys) and initiatives (e.g. team building)
- Developed an employee related culture that supports positive relations among employees and emphasizes quality and continuous improvement.
- Directed management of employee communication.
- Handling all grievances in a structured manner.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards:
- Established wage & salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal program, employee benefit program in accordance with local compliance.
- Planned, created and managed the development of compensation and benefits strategies in addition to a reward system aligned to the company's business needs and managed related policy and procedures.
- Supervised the process by researching and evaluating compensation and benefit packages in same sector.
Change Management:
- Manage and grow HR transformation capability within the business, in line with the current market scenario.
- Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration
- Led/been involved in end to end HR transformation program (preferably including implementation)
- Managing Organization development which should be closely inclined with Organization Vision, Mission and Values.
- Changing Organization culture to Modern deliverables.
