Urgent Opening for Head of HR in Digital healthcare platform

- The organization was founded in 2003 for serving mainly the Healthcare sector and has since grown the company in this decade's time to serve 17 different industry verticals today.

We are Hiring for our client company in Leading Digital Healthcare platform which is into pharmacy, lab testing, insurance and online doctor consultation.

2. You will ensure integrated policies, processes, practices and culture are imbibed for People excellence through following Key Results (owned by respective teams reporting to you)

a. Talent Acquisition: Raise the talent bar ensuring 90% of closures of overall open positions within TAT while streamlining the hiring experience for the organization

b. Talent On boarding: 100% implementation of interventions marked for enhancement of Day 1, 30, 60 experience

c. Rewards & Recognition: Constantly increasing motivation through reward and recognition in the organization

d. Comp & Benefits: Enable regular review of benefits and implementation of required changes for the organization

e. Internal Comms: Enable org wide communication on various initiatives driven by the People and Culture team

Academic background : MBA or equivalent from from Tier 1 school (XLRI/ IIM/TISS/ SCMHRD/ NMIMS/ MDI)
