- Managing all things HR-performance management, training, and ensuring people actually take their lunch breaks.

- Keeping us compliant with labor laws.

- Working with leadership to build a team that's high-performing and happy.

Qualifications:.

- 8+ years of HR experience.

- Someone who gets people-what motivates them, what keeps them engaged, and what makes them love where they work.

- A problem-solver who can balance people's needs with business goals.

- Experience handling salary processing, HR operations, and compliance.

- Prior experience in a fast-paced brand (D2C experience is a plus, but not a deal breaker).
