HR Head - Scaled-up Consumer Tech Start-up
About Our Client: Our client is a profitable consumer tech start-up known for innovative products and rapid market growth. As part of their next phase of growth, they are looking to hire a senior HR Head reporting to the founders. This role will be critical in shaping the HR strategy to support the company's ambitious growth plans and enhance organizational culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 15+ HR professionals to enhance performance and engagement
- Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals and collaborate with leadership on organizational design
- Oversee talent acquisition and employer branding to attract and retain top talent
- Drive employee engagement and cultural alignment in a fast-paced environment
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation & growth
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (XLRI/TISS etc.) with 12 to 16 years of progressive HR experience is a must
- Proven track record in a startup environment, managing diverse HR functions
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive change
- Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture that supports innovation and collaboration
