Description :
- HR Strategy work closely with the heads of our practice to identify and deploy impactful people strategies that enable growth and high performance across businesses.
- Leadership - Lead the HR Team, developing HR capability with a strong focus on results. Ensure each HR member is positioned to serve the business and create an environment that drives consistency and high performance. Provide sound, value-driven HR counsel and guidance to the leadership team, working as a trusted partner on a range of HR related topics with a focus on recruitment, talent management and general operations.
- Stakeholder management - Consult, advise and influence senior managers on performance and reward strategies and solutions that improve and sustain business success and retention of key talent.
- Deliver HR projects and functional outcomes.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR team including supporting on-boarding, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, performance and rewards in partnership with the global corporate services HR team, diversity & inclusion, facilitating the annual talent management processes, organizational design and development.
- Identify opportunities to drive HR initiatives, solutions and programs in alignment with HR and business priorities.
- Guide the design and implementation of HR projects in partnership with the global corporate services HR team, oversee processes and communications.
- In collaboration with the global corporate services HR team, maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure implementation of global corporate services HR created policies.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning. Working closely with global corporate services HR team, builds relationships with executives, management, and teams; understands the business, goals, and challenges; and identifies and develops solutions to address systemic issues.
- Collaborates with business leaders on employee development and talent planning decisions. Assists leaders with individual development plans for employees and lead all employee engagement activities for the New Delhi Site.
- As a facilitator of the company's values, advises, influences and coaches to build and support a diverse, inclusive, productive and high integrity work environment.
Profile :
- Work experience (15+ years) as Human Resource leader, recognized for building strong HR services including recruitment for growing businesses within India. Work experience of managing and growing medium sized professional organization, preferably from consulting, financial services and actuary industry
- Proven experience of leading a large team and dealing with complexities of a diverse business units.
- MBA in human resources, from a reputed university.
- A capable and confident communicator and people manager having strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of Indian regulatory environment and applicable laws affecting rewards plans in related countries.
- Hands on experience on HR tools and building digital HR environment. Experience of operational aspects (Talent availability, Salary & Benefit, Legal/Labor Compliance, Income Tax, Social Context)
- Ability to work well under pressure, balance multiple priorities and produce results.
- Ability to be well organized and prioritize, to operate effectively with diverse business requirements. Tenacity and patience to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent written, verbal and listening capabilities, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
