Position:- Head - HR
Reporting : Group HR Head
The role involves identification of development avenues and career opportunities for to groom them to be future leaders in the group.
Education Qualifications : MBA or equivalent from good business schools.
Experience :
- 5 years of post MBA experience and desirable experience of about 2 years in Talent Acquisition & Employer branding.
- Understanding of premier B-school ecosystem is a must.
Functional skills required to execute the role :
- Understanding of HR Process including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Employee Development.
- Understanding of basics of Compensation & Benefits

- Self-starter, highly motivated and ambitious; ability to see the big picture.
- Ability to work in unstructured situations.
- Team player, with an ability to influence peers and superiors to drive change
