Multiple plants across Pan India

As a lead HR , you would be responsible for :

- Leading a team of plant HRs and corporate team - Guiding and leading them

- Expertise in IR & Labour laws

- Well versed with settlements & Union relates compliances

- Experienced in Legal Documentations & Implementation of Govt Guidelines

- Extreme Stake holder Intervention

- Designing and implementing the HR strategy

- Managing change and transformation

- Designing the organization structure

- Overseeing the performance management system

- Developing HR policies

- Extreme Focus on learning and development

- Talent Management - Employee Life cycle

- Has to have experience in SAP Sucess Factor or any other SAP
