Responsibilities
- To coordinate with HR Business Partners (BPs) of respective strategic business units (SBUs).
- To ensure internal communication through various modes for HR related activities.
- To assist Head of HR in Implementation of new initiatives.
- To provide analysis / MIS to Head of HR.
- To be custodial of all HR policies an SOPs. and act single point of contact.
- To extend help and support to the HR BPs in various HR aspects.
- To take charge of SBUs in absence of HR BPs.
- To ensure recruitment on time for corporate vacancies.
- To be in charge of salary payments at scheduled dates
- To maintain record and take charge of statutory payments.
- To ensure data compilation and provide proper analysis and reports.
- To act as HR BP for corporate/ HO employees.
- To coordinate with external service providers for combined or shared service.
- To plan and conduct employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational goals.
- To serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.
