- Develop and implement globally benchmarked HR processes within the organization seamlessly
- Recommend and Implement Organization Interventions with focus on Organizational Development in accordance with business needs in collaboration with the Cluster Heads and Functional Heads/ Leaders and deliver organizational results as per approved Budget of the Group. Lead the change management initiatives of the Group.
- Promote HR best practices and motivate Business Managers, Cluster Heads to build and sustain high-performance culture across the organization. Uphold organization Standards and inculcate the same amongst employees through continuous communication
- Recommend appropriate Group policies on HR, communicate approved policies across the global organization and ensure compliance of the same.
- Analyze industry trends, conduct surveys as required (like Employee Engagement Surveys, Productivity, etc) and recommend the timely corrective action plan to Cluster Management.
- Do timely Reviews and recommend corrective measures were required for Cluster Management on Compensation, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention, Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent administration.
- Ensure reliable HR Information System (HRIS) and efficient Management reporting is implemented. Encourage and promote continuous improvement of HR processes and systems across the Cluster organizations.
