About our Client : Our client is a large multinational in the chemicals space. In India, they are 350 cr. + and have a manufacturing, R&D and large sales organization. They are currently looking to hire their Head of HR to be based in Vadodra.

Job Description:

- Reporting into the MD for India and Regional HR Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Having the business strategy and needs in mind, set up, implement and continuously improve the various HR processes

- Create the annual HR plan and long term strategy based on the business objectives

- Partner and influence business leaders by providing professional human resources advice, counsel, and practical solutions

- Drive and improve the effectiveness of Performance Management System across the organization

- Organization effectiveness - Always look for opportunity to strengthen the organization of the country

- Build good relationships and keep adequate communication with all levels of employees and manage the employee relations

- Cascade and support HR related initiatives from global and region

- Being as the change agent and enforce the company culture and promote right behavior

- Talent development - lead all the development initiatives in country including talent review, succession planning, training and development, etc.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 10-15 years of total experience with exposure to working across both manufacturing and sales.

- We are looking for candidates specifically from the Chemical / FMCG / Pharmaceutical sectors. MBA from a tier 1 institute is highly desired.
