Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an accomplished HR leader to take on the Head of Human Resources role at their Bangalore location.
The key result areas of this role require the incumbent to cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle and align the HR function to the organization's overall business objectives. This strategic position is pivotal in aligning human resources with the organizational goals, ensuring they attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success.
Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
- Align HR strategy with business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support organizational growth and transformation.
- Design effective recruitment and onboarding strategies; implement retention plans focused on engagement, career development, and succession planning.
- Develop and execute a DEI strategy to foster a diverse and inclusive culture; implement training and track progress on DEI goals.
- Establish a framework for learning and development, performance management, and engagement programs that drive a high-performance culture.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Enhance HR process efficiency, standardize operations, and leverage technology for HR automation and improved data management.
- Build a structured approach for conflict resolution and grievance handling to foster a respectful and legally compliant workplace.
Key skills required:
- 15+ years in HR within BFSI, with expertise across all HR functions.
- Driven for results, inquisitive and execution-minded; able to translate the mission of stakeholders into actionable plans
- Highly articulate, including effective presentation skills and ability to influence
