Country HR Head will serve as a trusted advisor and key member of the leadership team in India and globally. Incumbent will be responsible for all the facets of HR function for a mid sized organization.
Responsibilities:
- The individual will Partner with Business leaders to provide innovative value driven HR strategies and solutions to assist with achievement of their business objectives while attracting, retaining and developing talent. Advise employees on their professional development and performance.
- Spearhead Talent acquisition, PMS, Talent management, Compensation & benefits, Organization Design & Development, Regulatory & Statutory compliances.
- Talent capital Management ( high potentials, succession planning ): annual review done (at GEO and Organization's levels, Preparation of Development Plans.
- Team handling role, reporting to Country Head.
Specifications:
- Seasoned HR leader with at least 15+ years- experience
- Proven ability to develop HR staff and lead teams in a matrix environment
