About : A Fintech business that is solving working capital issues for the SME sector with a total fund raise in excess of $100mn, poised to scale dramatically over the coming year.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business operations, and in particular of the roles tasks and responsibilities of individual people and groups in the conduct of those operations.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring HR initiatives
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances related to HR and ensuring necessary records are maintained
- Develop tolls / processes enabling career conversations between employee and supervisor / HR
- Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan
- Ensuring hiring within agreed TAT
- Ensure flawless execution of staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
- MIS and reporting: maintaining up to date data, providing regular dashboards, market data positioning reports etc.
Essential :
- 12-14 years of relevant experience
- First class degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Extensive experience in a senior human resources management role in Banking industry
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Thorough understanding of training systems related to personnel training.
- A sound understanding of business principles.
