Responsibilities/Duties: A go-to person for everything related to employees. This role is responsible for a) Manpower planning, b) Budgeting, c) Recruitment d) On-boarding, documentation, e) Training and Development, f) Compensation and Benefits g) Employee Engagement h) Exit formalities, and i) HR projects and will have a team. It also plays a key role in aligning all people practices and systems to the overall business strategy and ensuring high levels of employee engagement in the organization. Brief job profile: - Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations. - Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs. - Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience. - Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required. - Responsible for smooth conduct of HR audits. - Plan, coordinate and execute learning and development activities. - Vendor management and grievance handling will be part of this role. - Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
