HR Head - MNC- Mumbai (Preferred Female Candidate)

Location : Mumbai

Criteria : Female candidate preferred, having worked in an MNC, MBA in HR, 12-15 years work exp, must be heading the HR function in a leadership role from last 3 years.

Key Deliverables :

- Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring HR compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and implement strategy related to recruiting, training, employee engagement and retention.

- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to: talent management and performance, recognition, compensation and benefits, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations.

- Identifies recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

- Works closely with senior leadership to provide strategic input on the talent roadmap including succession planning, performance management and implement policies or initiatives to facilitate talent engagement and retention

- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or with available data sources.

- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to senior management.

- Develops and implements departmental budget.

- Facilitates professional growth, training and development activities of HR staff.

- Oversees the daily workflow of the department & performs other duties within the scope of HR Head
